Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as well as e-checks through Paypal. Not a Paypal member? That’s ok, you don’t need to be in order to Pay with it. Although Paypal is our preferred payment method we also accept money orders. For larger orders we can accept bank wire transfer or local pickup. In order to cut down on processing time we DO NOT accept personal checks at this time.
Q. What happens if i place an order and a item is out of stock?
A. We will contact you to let you know, and we will also issue you a full credit for that item. We can also let you know when the item comes back in stock. We try hard to keep our inventory up to date, but sometimes we miss an item or two.
Q. Is my personal information safe on your site?
A. We use PayPal's secure servers to process your credit card information, you can rest assure that your payment information and all other information is safe with us.
Q. Is my contact information ever shared with anyone else?
A. No. We DO NOT sell or give your information to any third party company, unrelated to the processing and shipment of your order. However if we are required by law to turn over any records we will comply.

A. Yes, we do offer discounts for large quantities or for resale. Please contact us for a quote on a specific item.
Q. Will you solicit me by email if I order from your site?
A. No. We will never solicit you by email. IF you opt into our periodic newsletter, you will receive that only. The newsletter will also list specials that may be offered and updates. If you opted into receiving the newsletter andl later decide you do not wish to receive these, all you have to do is let us know. Your privacy is always respected here at SignatureTshirts.
Q. How come you do not have a phone number listed?
A. We do not have a phone number listed on the site because we DO NOT take orders or give customer support over the phone at this time. We provide customer service via Email and Skype chat at this time. This allows us to be able to offer you great products at affordable prices. However we may offer phone support in the future.
